The aboutMusic Foundation helps needy families participate in the "Summer is aboutMusic 2025" at a lower cost. Upon filling out the form below, the aboutMusic Foundation will confirm your participation in the event and refund varying amounts according to your financial situation. The refund will be remitted to the designated bank account within one month after the end of the "About Music Midsummer Festival 2025" (August 3, 2025).
Application Form關於音樂基金資助有困難的家庭以較低的費用參加「關於音樂仲夏節 2025」之活動。有需要的參加者請填寫本表格，關於音樂基金將確認你參加的活動，並按你的經濟狀況作不同程度的退款，並於「關於音樂仲夏節 2025」完結後 (2025年8月3日) 一個月內匯款至指定銀行帳戶。
